Männiku Metsatalu is located in the purest of nature in the middle of forests, 10 kilometres from Viljandi. We have a cosy holiday house (13 rooms) with two kitchens. We also have a suite and a vidiit with a unique interior – a vidiit is a romantic cabin by the edge of the forest, where you can enjoy nice bird song! Together with extra beds, Männiku Metsatalu can accommodate for 40 people. It is also possible to camp here in the summer.
Our tourist farm complex and outbuildings combined with the natural surroundings offer a variety of opportunities for entertainment and recreation. Here you can hold birthdays, weddings, reunions, meetings, summer days, camps, training and other events. Events that are more work-related are supported by the inspiring surroundings under the 20-metre spruce trees, peace and tranquillity, privacy, fresh air, warmth, bright rooms and healthy food. In between the work sessions, you can go to the forest, and right behind the seminar room is a small path that runs around the pond.
There will be a plethora of opportunities for nature activities for everyone in both summer and winter: there are nature trails of various lengths for hiking or skiing nearby, a pond where you can swim and go boating, and a clay workshop a short drive away. Mushrooms and berries can be foraged in the surrounding forests.
The food we provide at Männiku Metsatalu soothes both the mind and body. We always offer guests taste experiences using home-produced ingredients.
